创建绿色低碳学校，我们能做什么？

浙艺师生开展趣味植树活动

<div class="article" id="content"> 为深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想，弘扬社会主义法治精神，传递法治能量，引导学生树立正确的法治思维和法律意识，增强党员教师作为人民公仆的责任感和使命感，3月6日中午，浙江艺术职业学院组织广大师生共同观看法治题材电影《第二十条》。 该影片关注社会热点，聚焦《中华人民共和国刑法》“第二十条”，以鲜活的现实题材故事、小人物视角为切口来展示法条背后的法理人情，围绕三个案件对“正当防卫”这一法条进行人性的剖析，诠释了“法不能向不法让步”的司法理念。同时，影片通过主人公——中年检察官韩明的思想斗争与执着坚守，诠释了人民公仆身上具备的忠诚为民、廉洁担当、恪守职责的职业良知。 电影的组织观看得到了全体师生的积极响应和踊跃报名。观影过程中，大家被电影情节深深感染，喜剧元素让大家捧腹不已，悲剧发生时大家泪流满面，电影中当事人的无助与痛苦大家感同身受。 音乐学院党总支书记陈毅说，《第二十条》成功地捕捉了观众的情感，巧妙地结合了现实与虚构，让我思考了当现实与伦理发生冲突时，我们该如何抉择。在观影过程中，角色们的挣扎、痛苦和成长都触动了我内心深处的情感。我感受到了他们的喜怒哀乐，仿佛自己也成为了他们中的一员。这种情感共鸣让我更加深入地理解了电影的主题和人物。 设计学院辅导员龚林峰说，作为一名教师，我深感这部电影对于教育、家庭、社会等多个层面都有着重要的启示。作为教育工作者，我们不仅要关注学生的学业成绩，更要注重培养学生的品德、情感和人生价值观。家庭教育和学校教育是相辅相成的，两者都不能忽视。作为一名辅导员，我将把这部电影中的启示融入到我的日常工作中，努力培养出既有知识、又有品德、更有情感的学生。 手工艺学院教师潘文娟说，《第二十条》是一部探讨法律公正与人性的杰作，值得一看再看的电影。电影全程展现了法律的公正与力量，当弱者在面对恶人的侵害时，法律成为了他们有力的武器和坚实的后盾，他们不会因为困境而放弃，而且勇敢地站出来，用法律来捍卫自己的权益，展现的勇敢和坚韧让人动容温暖，也值得更深入的理解和思考。 手工艺学院教师冯一帆说，电影深深触动了我，“法不能向不法让步”让我震撼。法律是社会的基石，是保障公民权利的重要工具。正当防卫是每个公民的权利和义务，我们应该时刻保持法律意识，勇于维护法律的尊严和公正。 2020级键盘一贯班学生章墨涵说，电影以其一贯的细腻手法，成功呈现了一个关于检察官韩明人在职业生涯与家庭生活中面临困境的故事。通过展现韩明人的困境，让我们深刻地认识到了规则与人性之间的冲突和矛盾。《第二十条》不仅是一部优秀的剧情片，更是一部关于人性与规则的深刻探讨。同时，影片也提醒我们，无论身处何种境地，我们都应该勇敢地面对挑战，坚守自己的原则和价值观。 2020级键盘一贯班学生应蕾蕾说，电影让我深刻体会到了法律的力量和重要性。电影弘扬了见义勇为精神，在现代社会中，我们应该更加积极地弘扬这种精神，鼓励更多的人在面对不法侵害时勇敢地站出来，维护社会的和谐稳定。 2023级23环艺2班学生魏颖曦说，《第二十条》这部电影以其深入人心的故事、丰富的角色和精彩的表演，为观众带来了一场视觉和心灵的盛宴。在观看这部电影后，我作为一名大学生，对于法律与道德的关系有了更为深入的认识，同时也对人性的复杂性有了更多的感慨。电影中的案件设计巧妙，它不仅仅是一个法律案件，更是一个关于人性、道德和伦理的探讨，对于我说，不仅是一次视觉和心灵的盛宴，更是一次关于人生和价值观的深刻反思。 2022级公共文化服务与管理专业学生徐嘉欣说，电影中的每一个角色都以他们独特的方式诠释着生活，他们的喜怒哀乐、挣扎与成长，都让我感受到了生活的真实和厚重。无论案件的细节如何被黑暗所吞噬，公平和正义的光芒总会破晓而出，它们照亮了法律背后隐藏的人类智慧真理和人性的情感良知，为社会带来了希望与光明。 2022级公共文化服务与管理专业学生伍尔峰说，《第二十条》是用三起案件串起了整部电影，是一部令人深思的电影。情与法的较量在影片展开，事业与家庭的平衡在其中进行，“法律是为了让坏人犯罪的成本更高，而不是让好人出手的代价更大。”这句台词令人印象深刻。电影的最后，法律中的故意伤人变成了正当防卫，这个世界变得更公平了。 2022级文创班学生沈童欣说，电影故事情节紧凑，人物形象鲜明，让我对正义、家庭和职业有了更深入的思考，向大家传递了深刻的人生哲理。它提醒我们，在现代社会中，我们不仅要在职业生涯上努力奋斗，也要注重家庭和内心世界的平衡。只有在这种平衡中，我们才能找到真正属于自己的幸福和成功。 </div>
