letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">   在亚运期间，我服务的贵宾是来自亚奥理事会副主席Takeda Tsunekazu先生，在交谈相处后，发现Takeda先生是一位非常具有体育精神的人，他的每一场观赛都非常专注。他曾经是一位马术运动员，在马术赛事期间我陪同Takeda先生每天前往桐庐马术中心，我也第一次关注到马术这项运动。这是所有的赛事中唯一一项运动员与动物同场竞技的运动，赛程中不乏出现骑手与马匹配合不当以至于被甩下马的情况，深刻体会到每一项运动的精彩与不易。在亚运赛事期间，Takeda先生多次为竞赛获胜者颁奖，我也有幸全程见证了幕后工作人员有效的引导，深感荣幸自己也能成为亚运工作者之一，每一个场馆、每一个领域的工作人员、志愿者都展现了杭州人民独特的魅力风采。此次亚运之行，对我来说，感触颇深，感谢浙艺提供了一次亚运限量版体验，希望可以将亚运精神带回浙艺继续传递下去。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">   今年6月，我有幸被抽调至杭州亚组委参与工作，在工作中，我被分配到OCA/APC大家庭总部饭店运行团队，承担大家庭助理工作，主要负责协调、安排和陪同大家庭成员在杭期间的公务活动事项。我负责接待的主宾是国际奥委会委员、2008年北京奥运会女子个人重剑项目冠军布丽塔·海德曼。为了圆满完成此次接待任务，我前期做了充足的准备工作，了解了布丽塔的个人经历，预先为她“私人定制”她可能会感兴趣的个人行程；数次与她通过邮件和电话确认出行的相关细节，为她编写了一份具体的“出行指南”；我也认真、反复学习政策文件，记录笔记，以应对陪同过程中可能会出现的各种突发情况。但是在接待任务正式开始的第一天，就迎来了一个挑战。开幕式当天，布丽塔乘坐的航班意外晚点一个多小时，她很有可能赶不上开幕式的远端安检。在了解情况后，我迅速联系了杭州的交通保障团队、安保团队的相关负责人和机场端的礼宾引导人员，制定了Plan B和Plan C。经过各方协调和努力，宾客按时抵达了开幕式现场。通过这次经历，我不仅为亚运会的成功举办而感到骄傲，也因为自己能够参与其中而感到开心。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">   我于2022年2月抽调至杭州亚组委语言服务团队担任口译副主任一职，为亚运会专业口笔译服务提供保障。近600天的语言服务工作中，我深深体会到“The success of language services is how much it is not noticed. ”如果在赛会中没人注意到我们的工作成果，那么为大型赛事保驾护航的工作就算成功了。但是，语言服务要“默默无闻”绝非易事，整个筹备工作要一丝不苟，充满艰辛和挑战。我负责各竞赛场馆语言服务筹备工作，测试竞赛场馆远程翻译设备，多方合作，确保亚运期间百余场赛后新闻发布会同传和交传服务顺利进行。此外，亚运筹备阶段，我还负责各类文件、场馆标识、来往信函等材料的翻译审校。该工作需要较强的英语语言能力且细心严谨。任何对外发布的译文，稍有差池，可能会引发舆论。这也促使我不断学习，提升业务能力。为提升亚运工作者英语口语能力，语言服务团队还筹备了英语培训课程。期间，我负责评估授课需求、制定授课方案、筛选授课素材，就授课内容及课程录制提出修改意见，为亚组委和场馆员工、语言服务志愿者英语学习提供高质量课程。亚运会语言服务工作是一段难忘的经历，能用自己的专业致力于亚运会的传“意”、发“声”，我非常荣幸！</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">进入亚组委工作，我一直觉得很荣幸。8月18日到岗后，主要进行了两方面的工作：一是相关礼仪的培训，二是承担了WADA（国际反兴奋剂委员会）和CAS（体育仲裁）人员的抵离信息的输入。虽然人数并不多，但是每一位宾客的信息需要从各渠道获得，加上长时间盯着电脑上的表格，眼睛疲劳容易眼花，最后还是回归到最古老的方式：把每一位宾客信息一条条写在本子上，随时可以查看。随着宾客到达的日子临近，生怕自己的录入有误，因此每天上网检查这35位宾客的信息，直至倒背如流才安心。8月22日，我负责的贵宾到达，是国际反兴奋剂委员会的主席秘书，一位谦和、客气的宾客。我负责他在亚运会期间的出行、食宿、观看比赛等安排。主席秘书非常随和，对助理工作完美配合，让我的接待工作快乐且有成就感。亚运服务是一段别样的体验。来自各高校的老师此时都是同一战壕的战友，互相帮助解决突发情况，分享彼此的经验，克服各种困难。与其说是我服务了亚运，不如说是亚运服务给了我广阔的世界, 为杭州，为中国感到自豪！</span></span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">   在杭州亚运会大家庭助理项目中，我度过了一个充实而难忘的暑假。作为6月30日第一批入驻亚运会总部饭店洲际酒店的大家庭助理，我主动承担了《大家庭助理工作手册》编写的重要任务。通过与其他相关业务部门对接，预测大家庭助理老师将来有可能面对的问题，编写操作指南，为第二批到岗的老师和志愿者提供有针对性的学习资料。同时，在紧张的七八月，完成了机票购买、宾客抵离、预定酒店等纷繁复杂的前期工作，为宾客的顺利抵达入住做好充分准备。随着赛事临近，9月我们团队进入了更为紧张繁忙的赛前和赛时阶段。我多次联系亚奥理事会的反兴奋剂部门，联系世界反兴奋剂机构WADA成员，联系亚组委的反兴奋剂工作部做好行程对接和安排。我承担了分别来自爱知名古屋、卡塔尔多哈、沙特利雅得的观察员代表团会议的翻译工作以及观赛行程的陪同工作。该团队人员众多，有35位，同时涉及到不同文化背景和需求。我通过主动沟通、协助信息咨询和解决问题，保障他们在杭州期间能高质量地完成任务。在亚组委的工作经历，使我提高了跨文化沟通能力，增进了与国际组织成员的友谊。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);
